Aaron Gruenert, a native of Marin County, is the principal of Gruenert Building Inc. With 20 years of building experience, Aaron brings a wealth of expertise, knowledge and innovation to the construction field. He has had the opportunity to work on many projects across California. He also spent several years upon the Bay Area docks renovating, remodeling, and constructing houseboats. Aaron’s commitment to quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction has earned him a reputation for being an exceptional member of the construction community. His wide-reaching visions have propelled the company forward establishing it as one of the newest and most upcoming construction companies in the Bay Area.

How it works

Phase 1

Preconstruction

In this initial phase all the planning, preparation, and coordination activities take place. A detailed project plan that outlines the scope, objectives, timeline, budget and resources required for construction will be made. This sets the foundation for a successful construction project by addressing key planning, design, budgeting, permitting, and risk management considerations before construction activities commence.

Phase 2

Construction

Here is where the physical construction and assembly outlined in the project plans takes place. All buildings require proper coordination, management, quality control, safety measures, and effective communication throughout the process to deliver a successful outcome.

Phase 3

Post Construction

Once Construction has been completed there will still be several important steps to finalizing the project so that we can ensure that everything is ready to be handed over to the client. All defects will be identified and rectified to the required standards. Drawings and documentation will be updated to reflect the actual construction completed for future reference. A final inspection will be completed to ensure everything meets all building codes and regulations. Once the inspection is complete it is time to hand the project back to the client, do a final account settlement for the project’s total costs and any variations that occurred. Effective management and communication during this phase are key to a smooth handover and client satisfaction.
